Mike was very nice and helpful both over the phone and in person! Service was pretty quick and the new windshield looks great! We had even been having some trouble with the passenger window not rolling up all the way and the technician was wonderful and fixed it for us. 10/10 would recommend these guys!! We did some calling around before choosing them and they have the best prices around too

Absolutely excellent service all the way around! I called several glass repair shops to price compare. Jose is so friendly over the phone and in person! He was able to compete with the other shops prices and get my car in fairly quickly. I was a bit reluctant to go here as opposed to the other places having mobile capabilities, but Jose explained to me the quality of work and guarantees that come with their service. He also reassured me of the expertise of their technicians. Glad I went with their shop. It was quick and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Althoughi I did not interact with the technician much, he was very friendly as well when he brought my car out. I will be recommending Mike's glass repair to others. Thank you Jose! I hope you find the extra help you need! Lol!

This was my 1st Visit to Mike’s Auto Glass on Florida Ave. My Sunroof was shattered a few days before. Once the replacement glass arrived Jose the Manager was on the phone scheduling my appointment. I was scheduled for a 9am and I arrived early. Jose and his team were on it within minutes of my arrival. I utilized the waiting room with my laptop and free Wi-Fi so I could check emails and files. I heard Jose assisting other customers who walked in or simply called for assistance. It was all about listening to the customers needs and explaining their options. His tech started 15 min early and did not stop once he started and was finished before the 2 hour window I was quoted. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will be back for my next issue and highly recommend Jose and this location. Thank you for the great repair.

I've never had to replace a windshield with the last 8 vehicles I've owned... until this last month. Ended up with a huge crack in my Porsche. Went to Porsche tampa and they recommended this repair shop. Jose was amazing in helping me get this sorted out. OEM glass installed and it looks great. Not only was the service fast, I feel like everyone here is very genuine. I'll make the drive back if I ever need them again!
